Jeff originally came to CLC as music minister in 2001. In 2004, he left briefly to take a similar position at another church. Later that year, the pastoral position opened up at CLC and Jeff submitted his resume. The Oettles were voted in during June of 2004, and continue to love and serve the congregation.

He and his wife Jen have three daughters.

Johnny and Caroline have been members of our church for over 15 years. They met, married, and have raised their family with us at CLC. They are now heading up our youth ministry where they are sharing their enthusiasm and their faith in God with teenagers who face an uphill battle today. Both of them work full-time jobs outside of the ministry, and they are devoting their own time to serving the youth. We're excited to have these guys serving in such an important way, and their two children are excited also!

Daniel and Hope came to us in 2004 from another church in the area where Daniel was the youth pastor and Hope worked with the children's church. When they visited CLC, we did not have a children's program. Pastor Jeff asked if they would like to take on the challenge. After confirming through prayer that it was something God had for them, they stepped in and have built a wonderful program to minister to our kids.

Lorraine and her husband, Michael, came to CLC in 2005 from Pensacola, Florida, where Lorraine was a secretary at Brownsville Assembly of God for 9 years. She also has a heart for worship and intercession. (Lorraine & Michael are also the parents of the pastor’s wife, and grandparents to their 3 daughters. This makes being here an added benefit for them!) Her husband, Michael, has served in the pastoral ministry for many years and looks forward to doing anything he can do to be a blessing to CLC.
